Week 1 is in the Books

We are 7 days into the “Save FinFree.fun” challenge.

What We Built

  • Set up the Astro blog engine
  • Designed a custom “Premium” UI
  • Wrote the first 5 articles

The Hardest Part

Honestly? Just starting. The fear that the code wouldn’t be perfect or the design wouldn’t be “cool enough” paralyzed me for days.

But looking at the site now, I’m glad I pushed specific.

Next Steps

Next week is all about Calculators. I want to build a “Freedom Date” estimator that takes your inputs and renders a chart.
